Honestly just found Erika by luck and my luck couldn’t have been better! The reviews made me want to use her and from my first transaction I knew I made the right decision. Was honest, open, and again a true professional. The experience she has in the industry and the Nevada market was obvious in how she showed us the best way to show and sell our property. She made me feel comfortable being in another state, that was very important (not sure she even knew that). ALL calls, texts, and email were handled promptly! Jim has now purchased and sold a property for me. His communication during the entire process both times was nothing short of spectacular. Let’s face it these transactions can be lengthy and confusing. Jim walked me through the entire process flawlessly both times. His professionalism is above and beyond what you normally get. Looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, thorough and considerate realtor? Then Mr. Marino is your guy. I was an out of state buyer and Michael and I didn't even meet until he handed me my house keys after closing. Michael always kept me up to date on everything. He also made sure all the the moving parts kept moving ( my agent responsible for the sale of my Cali home, the banking agent in Cali, and all the other moving parts! I selected Michael after he'd done such a great job finding and assisting my sister in the purchase of her home. She too was an out of state buyer. PS, Michael took great photos that helped make my decision on purchasing the house.
