1,000% recommend! Michael is helping sell my Henderson (Green Valley) property right now. I am a real estate investor and contractor in another state. In 25 years of my work, I can honestly say that Michael is among the top 3-4 people I have EVER done business with. He is absolutely, completely, totally on top of everything. The communication is regular, he knows the market extremely well, and his advice/guidance is perfect. In all seriousness he does a better job than my wife does for us back home lol. I hired Janet after a bad experience with trying to sell my home. I came to her a nervous, paranoid wreck. Janet reassured me at every step of the process.
