The experience with Ed as our agent was not only professional but enlightening. I am so over the top thankful for all Janet Todrank-Koressel. she is so knowledgeable about the area. She is wise about so many different steps of the process, not only form a realtor prospective but most local agency. I had a medical issue so I was not able to travel, and Janet step up and assisted in removing things from the home preparing the home and got it on the market fast in fact at 5 PM on a Friday, and sold at 2 PM on the net day. Our realtor, Kelly Raia provided us with outstanding service throughout the years helping us find and select tenants when we were renting our place, and especially with selling our condo. She worked beyond and above anyone could expect beginning with helping w/ finding a painter to touch up the condo, inviting a carpet cleaning company, advertising, working with the escrow, and much more. Due to her diligence we were able to receive some additional discounts as she stayed on top of the things when escrow experienced some difficulties. We listed our condo in October and escrow was closed in November, due to her hard work. She responded fast and was extremely helpful and reachable beyond the hours through the whole process. She was always available to answer our questions and even stayed on the phone with us through the whole process while we were signing papers w/ notary in another state. We could not ask for a better agent than Kelly! She is approachable, transparent, and easy to work with. We recommend her highly.
