We were in a tough situation when our landlord suddenly passed away and we were given a vacate notice from the house where we'd rented for 13 years, and in addition, we had a significant surgery in the middle of the timing of all this happening. I don’t remember how I found Christina Phaneuf I have to say she is the best realtor out there from start to finish. She was very patient with me. We went over the contract thoroughly so I knew everything I needed to know shortly after the house was listed she took full control over everything. I did not have to worry not one bit. She kept me informed what was going on, so I was not in the dark. I was getting worried the house wasn’t going to sell she reassured me. It will happen, it just takes a little time when the house went under contract she walked me through everything, and I felt very comfortable even though I wasn’t there All I can saysay is she’s the best Realtor I couldn’t ask for a better one
