This was my second time utilizing Tara for this home. She was my agent when I bought it as well. The purchase went incredibly smooth. I had some difficulties with the sale, but Tara already had the answers when I asked. 10/10 would recommend.

Tara Rutkowski is honestly the best realtor we have ever worked with. We have had 2 transactions with Tara, one purchasing and one selling, she has been consistent with both. Tara is very knowledgeable and professional and knows the real estate market very well. She is a wonderful agent and I would recommend her to anyone.

I had to sell and buy at the same time. Talk about stressful!!! But Sherri and team made it as simple and transparent as possible. We also sold on our target price point!

Sherri did an amazing job representing us and selling our home. She was prompt with her communication and tackled all obstacles that came up. She continued to be there for us after the transaction was over and I know we can count on her for anything else that might arise. Highly recommend Sherri to anyone that would like to buy or sell a house.

Moving from California, Sherri was very considerate with our wanting to be near family, our budget and found us the perfect home in a beautiful neighborhood about 10 minutes from our new granddaughter.

Sherri made sure I was in the know every step of the way. She was very informative and explained things in detail if I didn't understand. Thankfully I'm in my now forever home, but if I ever need her, I knows she'll do a fantastic job. I would recommend her to anyone that needs help in the housing market whether buying or selling. You won't be disappointed.

Jackie is the best agent anyone could ask for! She helped us sell our home and buy a new one and was persistant, reliable, and trustworthy through the whole process. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to help us with our move!

My wife and I "met" Julie through a Facebook group. When it came time to choose a realtor was just went for it and chose Julie. I'm glad we did. She was exactly what I like in a realtor. Worked with our schedule and was quick to get places set up for us to see. Not pushy or overbearing, but let us do our own shopping and thinking (though always available if needed). She was on top of the transaction and sent us the stuff we needed when we needed it. The whole process was super smooth without any glitches. She even got some bids for some minor things that came up in the inspection (I that thought was above and beyond). Julie is a good realtor and a kind person; we would readily work with her again.

Jackie was able to help my wife and I within the same day of calling her setting up viewings. We managed to buy a house within the month and she was so helpful and up front with all the information. She also fought for us on every detail to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

First thing is first, I want to say thank you Rudy, your guidance and expertise spoke for itself. I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation enough on this review. Rudy made it an amazing home buying experience and I am now officially a homeowner after being in this unfamiliar process and with his help it was an unforgettable journey. Rudy’s advice, professionalism and knowledge allowed me and my wife to understand the process and make informed decisions when necessary. Making every step seemingly simple while keeping us updated and motivated. Rudy’s wisdom and patience was the key to finding the perfect home, he found common ground when my wife and I could not. Without his thoughtful consideration and understanding we would have not found our home. Lastly, I would definitely recommend Rudy and I hope to work with him later in the near future.
