We were in a tough situation when our landlord suddenly passed away and we were given a vacate notice from the house where we'd rented for 13 years, and in addition, we had a significant surgery in the middle of the timing of all this happening. We called Janelle Lloyd and she got right on it for us! She was very professional and worked really hard, and we were able to find a perfect house for our family quickly. I don’t remember how I found Christina Phaneuf I have to say she is the best realtor out there from start to finish. She was very patient with me. We went over the contract thoroughly so I knew everything I needed to know shortly after the house was listed she took full control over everything. I did not have to worry not one bit. She kept me informed what was going on, so I was not in the dark. I was getting worried the house wasn’t going to sell she reassured me. It will happen, it just takes a little time when the house went under contract she walked me through everything, and I felt very comfortable even though I wasn’t there All I can saysay is she’s the best Realtor I couldn’t ask for a better one

We are so pleased with Nikki Steinman, she worked so hard for us getting the house of our dreams. We lived in another state and she took extra time with follow-up e-mails and calls and was was always available with any questions or concerns we had. She took the time to meet with us when we flew in for just a few days to look at houses and because she asked all the correct questions we were able to find our house in a very quick fashion. Ronda was with me every step of the way!. Her knowledge, professionalism, consistency and vibrant personality was a joy to work with. She helped me find the most amazing home that fit me needs perfectly for my investment / home in the dessert. Purchasing this home while out of state was also so easy with Ronda, she went above and beyond by attending all my appointments to face time me and was always assisting me with the next step. There was some lack of communication between the title company and the mortgage company, Ronda stepped in to make sure I was taken care of and felt comfortable with everything going on.
