My experience with Lynsey was wonderfully fantastic. Even though I met her a couple of months ago it feels like I've known her for about 5 years. Her knowledge of the housing market is excellent. She knows how to point out all the bad things in a house or the land that it sits on so you won't fall into a money pit. For me she was a fun agent to house search with and she always had a smile on her face. I was really sad that our journey ended when we found a house that I really liked, but that girl rocks.

Jenn was very professional. She cared about what I liked and she went for it. She was available to me 24 hours a day. She is ver proficient and helped me with things she didn’t have to do. Covid had just hit and my house was sold in Philadelphia. I had saw a house for sale in the neighborhood i grew up in back in the burgh and called my brother who referred me to Lynsey. Right away I called her and let her know my situation. After speaking wih Lynsey, I knew she would get it done. She was calm, friendly, honest and determained to get the house. 2 days before closing my lender backed out, I was hysterical because i displaced my family. She said, "Don't worry we will get this done." She delivered. She found me a broker and they worked so well together. I have never had an agent work so hard for me. Lynsey is exceptional, just amazing at her job.

Lynsey has been my realtor for years. She’s amazing. Her phone is always on her hip. Meaning she is always working. She’s always on it. But here is an example of what she did for me that blew me away. My wife, 6 month old daughter and I were looking for a house in Regent Square. We found our dream home after only looking for one day. This house was only on the market for 24 hours and it already had an offer at asking. We also offered asking but then found out that the other offer was cash and we were first time home buyers needing financing. At 8pm that day, Lynsey drove from her home in the South Hills to the sellers home in Edgewood with a picture of the three of us, and told them that they need to sell to us. A family a few blocks away. Not a single guy with a cash offer. They agreed and sold to us. Wow! Her camera skills are also worth noting. She’s the best!
