During our initial meetings with her before we enlisted her services as our selling agent, she came well prepared with comparable pricing and a few ideas/concepts on how to sell; what was important and impressive to us is that she asked questions and listened to determine what our goals and needs were. Throughout the selling process, Amy had great communication with us and provided a wonderful follow up on all of the issues. She was readily accessible and responded very quickly. She also has a number of service professionals at her fingertips to handle those last minute home inspection repairs; Amy handled all of the scheduling for these services which took a huge load off of our backs. We always felt that Amy was looking out for our best interests - what more could you want from your real estate agent?

Ken was very helpful from the start. He was very accomidating with my difficult work schedule and was able to easily work around it. As a first time home buyer, I was clueless on what I needed to do and was was to be expected but Ken was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had.
