Lynsey was referred to us by another friend and glad we chose to go with her, she really listened to what we wanted and we would ask for her opinion and she gave advice and she’d be honest. We trusted buying our house with her.Also to do the work within the house she also referred us to contractor, who was a great help! Thank you Lynsey!

Lynsey helped with the purchase as well as sale of homes
I highly recommend Lynsey as a realtor for the purchase as well as sale of homes. She was professional, patient, and always looked out for our best interests. She was successful in the marketing of our home in Westmoreland County, completing a sale within 4 days of it being on the market. I commend her for her accessibility, always responding to questions or concerns in a timely manner. She was patient when we were looking for a townhome to purchase, always being available for us to visit the properties. Realtor who doubles as your Therapist and feels like a Friend
I can't say enough about Lynsey- who can help ya buy and sell 2 homes at the height of a global pandemic? Lynsey can! She not only got me in as the very first appointment to see my new home, she had the paperwork ready so we could submit the offer within minutes of touring it. While dealing with the unprecedented closure of most businesses, she still managed to sell my other home in part with her amazing 3D camera that allowed buyers to tour the home without actually being in it. She has the best team of home inspectors, pest inspectors, and closing agents who treat you like family, while she herself often felt more like my therapist at times. :) Lynsey is always available to answer your questions or show you a home (even when you ask to see it more than once.) Her calming demeanor makes it feel like you are hanging out with a friend while you are making one of the biggest decisions of your life. And by the way, I bought and sold 4 houses in 2 years with Lynsey and she didn't laugh at me or question my decisions as she helped me navigate finding the perfect home!

There is no one better!
Lynsey is beyond 5 stars! Having lived in the same home for over 40 years, she called my nerves and walked me through every step of the home buying and subsequent selling process. She sold my home less than 12 hours after listing! I may be biased as she is my first/last real estate agent, but there is no one better.

Great experience
Our overall home searching experience was much better than what we expected. Ken made our experience so much easier then what we heard. Every house we were interested in Ken had us in the same or very next day to tour. He was very knowledgeable about the market and any questions we had he was able to break it down and explain to us so we had a clear understanding. He got us in our new home in such a short, stress free time ! We couldn’t have had a better agent! Overall great experience and will definitely use him again on our next purchase 😊

Lori was amazing through the entire process
Selling a home, to say the least, is stressful. Lori Feely, our agent, was amazing through the entire process. Starting with recommendations on how to "show" our home, to listing it, to coordinating the showings to limit our inconvenience(we have a dog and three cats to consider, and work from home), navigating through the offers(yes, we had several), working through the sales agreement process and all the inspections, and ending with the closing! Lori made this process as seamless as possible! Regular communications made us feel like we were her only customers-which we knew was not the case! I would recommend Lori Feely to anyone who is interested in selling or buying their home!
