I felt immediately comfortable with Ilene; as if we had known her for sometime. Coming from across the country to buy a home in an area we didn't really know too much about she made us feel at ease and I felt we could trust her. She spent many hours a day with us to help us find the right home in the right neighborhood. Her knowledge of the areas we visited was great. If she didn't know the answer to any of our questions, she found the answer. She is very well organized and has a great personality for the business she is in.
