Michelle made my home buying experience enjoyable because she listened to exactly what I was looking for in a home, an area, and price range. She made sure I got the perfect home for me! After reviewing the many listings and considering what the market offered for me, our first day out "shopping" together was fun, she answered questions I had and filled me in on things I didn't know about. If she said "I'll get back to you with that information", she did! I found my home the first day we went looking! Can you believe that? Her tips about my area were so helpful. I feel like I made a wonderful new friend. She wants to come back after I have settled in my place and hear about my neighbors and new friends. I recommend Michelle highly because she made my first time home buying experience easy, and worked hard to make sure I got into my dream home. She is an excellent communicator and took my stress off when my lenders were in need of so many things to qualify me. I was not a cut and dry case in qualifying for a home, trust me! Michelle didn't tell me everything she was required to do to get me into my home until AFTER I got in. That was sensitive of her and sweet to spare me the details. That's the personal and professional touch she offers along with her knowledge and communication style. Professional and personable is a unique and wonderful skill to have.
