After 23 years in our current home we decided that it was time to downsize. Al’Lea Zamora was recommended to us as a fantastic realtor. We let her know what we were looking for and she sent us many homes that fit our criteria and in the location that we were interested in. Most of the homes had been on the market only a day or so. Al’Lea was extremely responsive when we called to take a tour of potential homes. We have owned a few homes but all have been new builds. This time we decided to purchase a home a few years old. Not knowing what to look at when viewing “someone elses home" Al’Lea guided the home tour with ease and pointed out all the positive and negative features of each home. Reminding us that the structure, quality of cabinets, floors etc is what we are interested in and paint and décor is temporary. Al’Lea is a very good and knowledgeable relator and I appreciate that she communicated with us openly and honestly. Not only did Al’Lea help us find our forever home, she also assisted in the sale of our home of 23 years. Buying a new home and selling one that you have been in so long and made many memories was very stressful for us, but Al’Lea made the process painless when it comes to the paperwork, and the process of selling a home. She communicated with the new buyers relator and kept us in the loop step by step. It was a whirlwind but Kathleen kept me on track the entire time. She even called me with updates while I was traveling in Mongolia. (thanks to What's app). I was overwhelmed at one point during packing and her coming over with her son to give me some assistance saved me! Once she helped with nudging my lawyer to provide some needed documents everything flowed as expected and I was able to close while traveling in Washington! Great job!

I will start off by saying that he deserves more stars than I am allowed to give. His customer service is 1000%. James really listened and quickly caught on to the details that mattered to us most when searching for our new home. This made house shopping that much easier. He did not waste time showing us homes that did not meet our needs . Not only that but James is a well experienced realtor and with that being said I have to acknowledge that he brought things to our attention that we would have otherwise overlooked. He went above and beyond . Even drove around the neighborhood, spoke to neighbors he really canvassed the neighborhoods and homes with our best interest at heart. Ultimately the decision was ours to make and he negotiated to get us the deal. James was always just one call away along with his assistant Girselda.
