Ilene was always very patient with me and if there was a selling price that I wasn’t quite comfortable with she never pressured me to go through with the sale we would just press on and wait for the next one. Let me tell you, they do not disappoint! Nancy has been a pleasure to work with for my out-of-state rental home since day one. Her communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are top-notch and much appreciated. Nancy was the best realtors I have worked with Ever! Not only did she sell my house in 2 days showing it 6 times, but she sold it again in 2 days after the first offer fell through. ( Because of health issues on the buyer's part). She was such a carring person and I felt like she became a friend besides a great realtor! She understood the reason for my selling snd worked her very best to get it done. She also sat with me as I signed all the paper work that needed to be done by computer. I feel she went above what any realtor would have done to make me feel like I was her most important client. If anyone needs a hard worker and a carring realtor, Nance Zell is the one for you!!
