Ilene is the best. I Ilene helped my find my townhouse back in 2010. She was patient as we kept looking at many homes and I ended up buying the first one we looked at. She helped my mom sell her big house she could not longer take care of in 2013 and was very patient with her as well - she is more difficult than me to deal with. After acquiring a home in SunCity AZ from my parents estate we thought we would try the rental scenario. After two years we came to the conclusion we just weren’t cut out to be landlords! We listed with a Mesa company that really wasn’t in-tune with what was happening in the SunCity area neighborhoods. We listed the home way too high and had very few showings. Basically wasted 3 months. Nancy was able to dial us in right away.
