Miranda's communication and professionalism was great. I had a great experience. She helped me find a rental when other agents wouldn't return calls and wasn't successful in providing an educating experience on buying a home, by giving me options available to me, explaining what I needed to do to buy a home. Ira goes the extra step in communicating to you, accomplishing tasks and offering expert advice in all aspects of the selling and buying experience. For example being out of state we were not knowledgeable about Arizona real estate laws and procedures. Ira explained all aspects of the ins and outs of buying property in Arizona. She really does care about getting you the best deal/home. She’s very responsive and polite. She’s not afraid to fight for you when needed. She’s honest and let’s you know what’s up or what your options are with each decision. Even when there were speed bumps we were able to clear them. Overall, she doesn’t just talk the talk she walk the walk, and that’s a good quality in my opinion. We love our house, she really did find a hidden gem. (I think our bird is excited too because she flew around checking out the windows and happy chirping). In conclusion, if she can make us and our brat of a birb happy, I am sure she can do the same for you.

Ira was referred to me from Top Agents, and I spoke with him for half an hour to understand his background and to ensure that he is aware of my requirements. Thereafter, I've been able to make inquiries and direct homes I'm interested in via text. We chat every other day or so, until one of our offers was accepted. Without our request, he went to look for new communities that haven't even opened for pre-sale and got us on the list. After our home closed, he continued to make things easy for us as out-of-town investors. I can't hope for a more detailed and professional to work with. I would be very comfortable referring Ira to any friend and family.

Dawn really took care of me and my family. Always punctual, detail oriented, engaged, assertive with builder sales associates, and thoughtful regarding our needs. Dawn helped us narrow down different areas in the south east valley in regards to price range, location, and different builders. It was extremely pleasant working with Dawn because every house we were considering, was a house that suited one of our needs. Dawn did an amazing job at narrowing down our selections. Ira responded within 15 minutes of an online inquiry. We learned more from Ira in the first 15 minutes of our discussion than another agent had informed educated us in two prior trips to the area. We quickly established a relationship with Ira based on his knowledge of the local area and candid answers. He worked hard to setup viewings of listings in a very fluid real estate market. Bottom line is that Ira quickly earned our trust and respect. We never had any doubts when Ira recommended how we should structure our offer to purchase.
