I have heard so many stories about the difficulty of home buying. We were really nervous to get started because it seemed like such an overwhelming process. Well, Megan made the whole process an absolute breeze. She was so easy to work with and was always available when we needed her! She calmed a lot of our nerves when looking at homes and went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we felt supported. She was an expert during negotiations and got us everything we could have wanted and more. Even after closing, she has been there to support us if we need anything. I’ll be honest: I am not someone who trusts easily, especially in real estate. When my investment property sat on the rental market for three months without much action I started to get stressed out. During the whole time, Elizabeth stayed encouraging, polite, and—most importantly—resourceful. When we decided to pivot from renting to selling, she didn't miss a beat. She handled the transition so seamlessly that the house sold 'easily' in a fraction of the time, I think 2 days to be exact. Her response time is lightning-fast which I love, but it’s her respectful and steady nature that earned my trust. If you want someone who actually listens and delivers, she is the one.

We have bought two houses and sold one with Andrea, and it’s been a great experience every time! She works so hard to make what is typically a stressful process easy for her clients. She stays on top of everything and never makes you feel silly for asking a million questions. She also genuinely cares. Not in a salesy way, but in a “I want this to be right for your family” way. She pays attention to the details that matter and fights for you behind the scenes more than most people probably realize. Andrea was so patient and helpful throughout the whole selling and buying process! She was attentive and quick to respond to emails and texts with my many questions that came up along the way. She's not the type of realtor that sells you a house and don't hear from again. I still keep in contact with her and consider her a friend after buying and selling a new house 7 years later! If I could give Kyle Tucker 6 stars instead of 5 then I would. My husband recently retired from the Army and we moved to Mesa. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and flexible. He guided us through the process and even reached out to our lender to work directly with him. He was diligent and we didn’t have a single issue/problem with anything along the way. We have lived in 9 different states and Kyle is by far our best realtor…hands down!!
