Needed to sell my fathers house after his passing. Living out of state, I expected a difficult time. However, I was referred to Lacey by a mutual friend. Her and her team handled everything from donating household items, removing trash, cleaning the house, and the sale of the house! They were fantastic every step of the way, and kept me constantly updated. My experience with Lacey and Drew was absolutely amazing! Chose Andy to sell our AZ house, & so glad we did ! Throughout the whole process, he was ALWAYS available, answering all of our questions, by txt or phone call. He was so patient, & extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything as we went went along. So kind & considerate, offering to help us out with things a realtor normally wouldn’t volunteer to do. We were introduced to Mary from mutual friends whom had used Marys expertise in real estate matters both buying and selling property in the greater Phoenix area and we could not have been happier with the recommendation. Mary’s vast knowledge of the area and the plus and minuses of area that we were interested in really helped on our home buying search, once we found a home Mary took us step by step through the negotiation process up to the final approval. We were out of state buyers and having Mary local was a dream. She met with inspectors and was present when we could not be there for the final walk through with the previous owners. Mary went above and beyond and we would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a no nonsense professional!!
