Kyle did an incredible job finding us our house. There are many characteristics about Kyle that drew my wife and I to him when buying our first house but the one that meant the most to the 2 of us was his honesty and integrity. For example, my wife and I moved to Arizona from NJ and had no idea what to expect. He took a full 3 days with us in the 120 degree heat in July and showed us every pocket of Arizona from Peoria to Gilbert and everything in between. After all that time my wife and I decided to rent for our first year out here, Kyle didn't even blink or get frustrated by what would be a lack of commission but rather he started sending us apartments within our desired budget that he got ZERO commission on. We ultimately chose an apartment he recommended in a great location and huge saving potential. Kyle proceeded to send us homes periodically over the next 18 months without ever rushing us to buy a home, he kept us up to date on the market and was incredibly patient with us! We never felt rushed or forced into anything and after 2 years we found our dream home, all thanks to Kyle! Sarinah was above and beyond in every aspect of our search and purchase of our home. Had so many files on homes that matched our preferences. She did a lot of extra work making sure we had all our options to our liking. She was always on time, was there for every part of the process and has so much knowledge about what needs to be done as far as inspections and repairs before move in. Lacey Lehman’s knowledge of the market for selling or buying real estate was very impressive. I was very happy with what the price point she suggested to sell my house , and how long it would be on the market at that price. She was Open to discussion , listened well, but was very helpful guiding me along the path and process for the Phoenix area. I have sold and bought houses in many different states and never had a Realator as prompt, forthright, honest, or hardworking. You would be foolish not to use Lacey Lehman.
