She initially showed me different types of houses to get a feel for what I was looking for and communicated with me constantly while new homes showed up on the market. When the house that I now own showed up, I contacted her immediately to let her know I was interested, and she was able to get us a tour of the house within hours. Once we were there, we both knew that this was the house for me. She moved quick, started the contract, met with me that night to sign papers and submitted everything within hours. From there she worked with me step by step to make sure I understood everything that was going on and that I felt confident every step of the way. I am so thankful for Katrina and I love my new home. Elizabeth took care of my real estate needs when I told her I was ready to buy. We looked at numerous properties until we found one that suited my needs. She negotiated a number of things that helped me from spending money on the property to get things fixed and essentially helped me get paid to buy my new home. I'm a second time home buyer and this was by far and away the easier of the two experiences. I am grateful for her knowledge, expertise and ability to negotiate the deal for the right price. We came from NY to find our retirement home in AZ. From previous emails, Allison would know our budget and what we were looking for. Allison worked with us until we found a house. She has a wonderful personality and is extremely knowledgable as a real estate agent. What I appreciated the most about Allison is that not only would she show us the positive aspects of a house, but she would also bring to our attention things that we might not have even considered- sun exposure, taller homes around us, street noise, etc. We were able to purchase a house via an iPhone and a one time sitting with a special notary - this was amazing! Allison was very helpful with references needed to complete the purchase process. Not only was she always responsive during the process, she has even helped us after the closing. She held my hand across the country throughout the entire journey. She is truly patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Allison as a real estate agent to call when selling or purchacing.

I’ve known Allison for a long time so it made my life easier to work with her as my realtor, amongst many other reasons. I always knew she was knowledgeable, but I was surprised by the amount of analytical skill and information she brought to the table. She was able to give figures for various scenarios I was contemplating and thought about things I didn’t even think about. She asked many open-ended questions to better understand my needs. She always kept an eye out for listings at all hours of the day and continually sent me any listings she thought were suitable. Even when she was out of town, Allison made arrangements for showings.
