Robyn was very knowledgeable and up to date on the market in the area. She had a list of contractors that she uses to do repairs and renovations that was very helpful. She always kept me up to date on the showings and the feedback that came in after the showings. She would always give me her opinion on the offers that we got and respected my opinion on them. We always seemed to agree on which way to move forward through the whole process. She made sure everything took place as it should so that there were no delays in closing the sale. Selling my aunt and uncle's home at 3700 N. Monument Drive was not something we chose. Circumstances meant the house had to be listed, and it was already a very difficult time to be selling in Arizona. This was also not a typical property: an age restricted, lifestyle oriented community in Anthem (Florence) with a much narrower pool of qualified buyers. Having a veteran like Claudia Wilson referred to me made all the difference. I was acting as Power of Attorney from Vancouver, Canada, and I had only recently stepped into that role for my aunt and uncle. On top of an already complex situation, I was coordinating everything across a border, with no experience selling real estate in the United States, let alone in a community like this one. Claudia already knew exactly what needed to happen and in what order, and she made the process remarkably smooth. What earned my trust quickly was simple. She kept me informed, and she kept me on task. I always knew what was coming next and what was required of me, which is worth a great deal when you are thousands of kilometres away and handling someone else's affairs. In the end, Claudia did not just get us the outcome we were hoping for. She sold the home quickly in a genuinely depressed market. Zack has been with us for over a year through our entire transition from Colorado to Arizona, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about him. He’s laid-back, easy to talk to, never makes you feel pressured, but at the same time, he gets shit DONE. 😂 We always felt like he was on top of every detail and had our best interest in mind. Moving states and buying a home from afar could have been incredibly stressful, but Zack made the whole experience feel easy.
