Around Memorial Day 2024 we decided it was time to downsize from a 4 bedroom 2 story home to a 2 bedroom single story house Lucy Lloyd-Smith showed us a house in early June and we were both very impressed with how prepared she was, her friendliness and knowledge of the local real estate market. We continued to work with Lucy as we refined our requirements for the house we wanted to purchase. We signed a buyer’s agent contract with Lucy and found her rates very fair. Also, Lucy was very helpful in putting us in contact with a local bank for a bridge loan. She worked tirelessly to find houses for us to look at that met our requirements. Lucy also gave us good information on what purchase prices were actually running by location. After 3 months of searching, Lucy found a house for sale that exactly fit our expectations. With her help our offer was accepted and we closed on that house about 4 weeks later. In closing, we found Lucy to be an excellent realtor. We couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. That positive outcome was due in large part to her hard work, friendliness and continual encouragement. We rate her 5 stars, and will certainly send our friends to her if they wish to buy, or sell a house.
