Tim Hess has now sold a house of mine and assisted me in buying 2 other homes. When I sold my property the market was very fast paced. I believe we had a little over 20 showings in 2 days. We sat together discussing the offers and he allowed me to make the decision that was best for me, but also answered all my questions in the areas I was unsure of. I got over asking price and that was exciting! Tim always kept open communication with me and returned my text or phone call in a very timely manner. He answered all my questions and made my selling experience wonderful! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! Working with Tim was great! I looked at several houses with other realtor before Zillow connected me to tim and all the other ones really tried to push houses past their flaws,while Tim took a way better approach and really talked about everything thru out the house at no time did it feel like he was trying to push a sale he wanted to make sure I was happy with the house I picked....once we gave our offer Tim's team was outstanding with keeping me in the loop of what was going on without it feeling like to much on my shoulders,I would recommend using him without a doubt to anyone looking for a home! And now I'm in my new home flawlessly without any headaches and loving every bit of it. thanks Tim!

Dave helped us sell our home after we had already moved to another state and could not easily return. He made the process easy, kept in touch about every development, and always picked up the phone or replied to an email when we had questions. I can't imagine an agent making what could have been a difficult process like that run so smoothly, but he took care of things every step of the way, provided valuable insight, and honest, forthright opinions.
