The duo of Heather and Shane made home buying the easiest thing we’ve done all year! They aided us in finding the right cozy little cottage, cape cod home that was exactly what we were looking for! I would buy and sell with them over and over again. I always thought the process of house hunting was so daunting, but with them it was quick and seamless. They helped educate us on costs which actually resulted in us switching lenders because another lender had hidden cost and fees that were atypical from what they normally see, I love saving money! I would 100% reccomend!

Heather and Shane are great. I've known them since my daughter's went to preschool with their youngest, so its easy to choose them as realtor's representing us. Anyway, Heather and Shane were able to contact the owner of a piece of land we were really interested in and thought it might be tangible even though it wasn't even for sale at the time.
