Melissa was great, she handled all my concerns wonderfully. She is a excellent communicator and works hard to keep you in the know of the purchase process. I was selling my house in WA and buying in Yuma, it was a contingent sale. She took my all over the foothills looking at homes that fit my needs. Melissa helped the flow of this purchase so well that I was able to move right in and not have to be in temporary housing waiting for closing. You will be well taken care of.
