Expert Service

I've gone through several real estate experiences in my life, and I have to say this has been the best one ever. Meaghann impressed us immediately with her knowledge of our market area. We had tried selling the property several times in the past and gotten nowhere. But she made it feel like ours was a priority for her. She went above and beyond our expectations and answered all our questions. Her presentation of our property in pictures and online presence was so good I actually wanted to buy it myself! I had no idea my property looked that nice. She was attentive to all details and handled the sale like the pro she is. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Most thoughtful realtor ever!!

Meaghan was amazing. She helped through our families transition more than I would have ever expected. She had excellent communication with both our buyer and ourselves. Explained exactly what to expect and exceeded on every level. On the ten scale she’s easily a 14. I recommend her to everyone I know that needs a skilled and polite professional in the realty business.

Efficient!

Selling this home was quick and profitable. Meaghann helped negotiate a great sale and even helped resolve a septic issue that caused a huge scare. Having her know trusted professionals truly helped in this sale between septic inspection and repairs. Everything in the end was exactly (if not more) what I was hoping for and I couldn't have asked for a better agent in my corner to help represent me!

Creative and Trustworthy!

Meaghann helped me purchased my first home in Yuma and had worked at getting me pre-qualified for two years. When she found this home I was initially skeptical given the amount of work that needed to be done to it. The creativity is our deal was impressive! She was able to negotiate a repair credit and helped me create a renovation budget to turn this house into a home.
