Diana was very professional to work with. Anytime I had a question, she always responded at a timely matter. She knew every floor plan of each house we toured, as if she studied before meeting with us. She always took down notes of what we liked/disliked about a home. She coordinated every house-tour so that we didn’t have to. She is super humble and her desire to help you find your dream home is so genuine. She doesn’t treat you like another client, she treats you like a new found friend.

My overall experience in working with Diana was an absolute breeze and an enjoyable one from start to finish. Every time I had a question about anything, she always had an answer and if she didn’t know the answer right away (which wasn’t very often), she made sure to ask the right people to ensure my family and I would receive the correct answer. We've known Rushawn for quite a number of years. He helped us buy our home in Hayward and helped us sell it years later as well. He's always on top of everything and always looks out for his clients' best interest. He'll help ask questions that a client may not know to ask and makes sure that all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed. From the beginning of the process until the end Diana was very helpful, upfront, did not pressure us and answered all our questions. Being a first time home buyer she made the process very easy. She explained everything and made things easier to understand. We did encounter some issues with our lender, but Diana got us through it and was with us every step. We bought a townhouse with Christine. She was the absolute BEST agent. She was friendly, professional, extremely responsive, punctual, and truly a pleasure to work with. The process from beginning to end, was seamless and we could tell we were in good hands the whole way through. As first time home buyers we didn't know much. She was extremely patient and answered all of our queries and made us feel confident about our decisions. We had a terrible lender and she helped us with many of our questions on that front as well. Sadie was great to work with to help find our new home. She was responsive, patient and polite throughout the process. It took us some time to find the right neighborhood and Sadie was always available to meet us to show properties and gave good advice when it came time to submit an offer. She also helped coordinate the purchase contract and communication with the seller's agent. Me and my husband are very satisfied with her service and would work with her again in the future.
