Buying a house in California was very stressful. Once we asked Racquel to take us on as clients a lot of our stress went away, she was able to explain a lot of processes with us, especially because we were utilizing our VA Loan. She was very attentive to what our needs were when it came to looking for homes and she was able to flex to a lot of our needs. She kept us on the loop through the whole process and was able to answer any questions we had. The best thing about our experience with Racquel was she treated us like family and would not let us settle for just anything. Once the deal was made she continued to follow up to make sure there weren’t any issues afterward!!!
