Shawnna met me at my home the day immediately after speaking on the phone. She brought several documents and shared her plan of selling my home. She’s very hands on, not afraid to get dirty with yard work! She can also get stainless steel appliances to shine like nobody’s business. She communicated clearly and kept everything on schedule. She follows up with issues/questions promptly. She’s down to earth, easy to get along with and made this entire experience much easier than I expected.
