Racquel was such a great help during the process of buying a home. We were in no rush to buy a home and wanted to make sure the numbers made sense. Racquel understood this and was very patient with us as she continued to show us homes in our price range as well as trying to find us any VA assumables. Never once was she pushy and wanted to make sure we were given all the options. Once we finally found the home, she walked us through every step of the way. My husband was deployed during the closing and signing but Racquel stepped right in and was there with lots of support — it made me feel at ease. Racquel did not disappoint as our realtor! Anytime we found a house we were interested in, she would quickly reach out to multiple agents and get the ball rolling. She really knows all the ins and outs—what to do, what not to do, and how to communicate effectively with the seller’s agent. When we finally found the home we wanted and our offer was accepted, the transaction wasn’t easy due to the seller’s side—but Racquel never let that slow things down. She made sure my husband and I still got what we wanted and kept everything under control on her end. She also made sure everyone stayed on the same page, even when communication from the other side wasn’t the best. She addressed all of our concerns right away and genuinely cared about making sure we felt confident and happy moving forward with our home. She even went out of her way to come down to San Diego just to personally congratulate us after closing, which meant so much to us. She truly goes above and beyond, and I can’t recommend her enough for all the hard work she’s done!

Once we found an asking price we were happy with, she immediately went to work setting up dates for a photographer and open houses. If I ever had to buy or sell a house in the Sacramento Valley/Bay Area again I would no doubt have Racquel be my agent again and would 100% recommend her to any family member or friend looking for an agent.
