Liz is a seasoned professional that can deal with any issues that come up. At the sales closing, the buyer signed the closing, took the house keys and entered his new home. A water pipe had broken. There were 3 inches of water, $140,000 in damages, and it took 6 months to complete the repairs and close on the house. Liz was actively involved in tracking the repairs and communications with us and the buyer. Liz spent months finding the ideal home we now live in. It matches our needs perfectly. We would recommend Liz to anyone who needs a realtor.

I was very fortunate to have had Melody Huskerson as my Real Estate Agent for the sale/purchase of my homes. Working with Paul was a benefit in every sense of the word. Melody has an eye for design and is able to give great ideas for staging and prep. She staged our home beautifully so that we could get top dollar on our sale. Melody worked hard to communicate with us and was detail oriented during negotiations of the contract with our buyers. Walks through her pricing strategy with her clients based on a CMA. Very good at communication; explaining the process of selling up front and helpful updates throughout the process. On top of deadlines, etc. Also good at staging ideas and house updates to get the house ready for top dollar! Great experience!
