Liz is a seasoned professional that can deal with any issues that come up. At the sales closing, the buyer signed the closing, took the house keys and entered his new home. A water pipe had broken. There were 3 inches of water, $140,000 in damages, and it took 6 months to complete the repairs and close on the house. Liz was actively involved in tracking the repairs and communications with us and the buyer. Liz spent months finding the ideal home we now live in. It matches our needs perfectly.
