Incredible experience! I received quite the Real Estate Education with this sale. Colleen is very knowledgeable which we needed her experience to get through what became a very challenging closing towards the end of Escrow. Everything came together. It has been just about a month since closing, I have settled into my beautiful "new house" and I'm enjoying making it "my home!" Thank you Colleen for all you did to make all this happen!!!

Karina is an excellent agent. She would make the drive to see us to make sure our needs were Met. She helped us sell our house within days of it being listed and helped us buy our dream home. When the first set of buyers came across a personal issue and couldn’t buy our home, Karina moved very quickly and got us another buyer within a day or so. It’s was crazy! But she is a Great listener and negotiator, very straightforward and extremely fast. Our personal lender couldn’t believe how fast the process went, he needed time to catch up. Bottom line, highly recommend.
