When I was looking for a home one of my friends suggested I reach out to Alicia. At first I called her mam because of my years in the Army. She immediately picked up on that asked me to call her Alicia and asked if I was in the military. This attention to detail is key. I looked at other houses, text her, called her, bugged her about every single one and the entire time, she was professional and answered all my questions. She even offered more insight I did not have. During this entire time, she sent me a few houses that were in my budget. She never pushed something I didnt want or something I was not going to afford. She made suggestions but told me to stick with it and not settle on things I wanted. When we finally found the right house, she negotiated a great deal for me. The entire sales process was much more complicated than when I bought a home 15 years ago, she did a great job of making everything easy to understand. Alicia and her team worked professionally and quickly to get the deal done and we closed on the house a week early! I will definitely refer Alicia for anyone looking for help with real estate.
