Extreme personable and caring!
Ms. Matea is very knowledgeable in the field & communicates her knowledge in a way that it’s understandable for those of us who do not work in this field. During our communication with the lender and escrow company, she guided us, helped us find answers and eased our stress by guiding us during the process. Ms. Matea involved herself during the entire negotiating process. We never felt alone or that we couldn’t go to her for help or just for support. Our experience with the lender was very difficult as well as discouraging, Ms. Matea was kind, supportive and had a way of lifting out spirits up when we felt that our loan would be denied. I am very grateful to have ran into her during the process of my son and fiancée buying their first home. Ms. Matea treated them like a loving & protective parent and held their hand during the purchasing process. The day they got their keys, Ms. Matea made it very special for them.
