Nicole sent out a mail flyer prior to our contacting her. I kept it for 6 months and called her when we wanted to sell mother in law house. She gave me some tips on what I should do to the house before putting it up for sale. This was before we signed with her. When we signed her as our agent, she always advised us of what was happening, when there were buyers looking at the house, and kept the lines of communication open. She was always truthful and honest. When work was needed to be performed for the appraiser, she had contractors who could help get the work done quickly. The escrow agents she uses were the best. No hidden costs. Working with Nicole throughout the entire sell process was the best experience I have had with anyone. Would call her again if we sell our house.
