Back in 2021 I contacted Colleen to list my property. We had our hurdles from the start. I had some bad tenants in one of the units and had to cancel the listing while I worked on removing them from the property. After getting the tenants out and remodeling the property, we listed the property again in May of 2022. We had an offer for full asking price in just 12 days. Closing was ultimately held up do to a VA appraisal taking much longer than expected. But even with the hurdles, we closed on June 30th. I became very upset during the process and wanted to pull out of the deal. I am very thankful for Colleen and her team. They understood frustration and continued to work through the struggles that come with a VA loan. Their presence is what got this deal done. Thank you to Colleen and her team!

We had a long-extended escrow due to interest rate hikes, lender problems etc. All of which were out of Bella's control. She did a good job keeping me posted regarding the many unforeseen problems. At the end of the day the sales price was more than expected and all's well.

Suzan Green aided us from the moment we thought we might sell, until the signing of final docs. She walked us through on how to prep our already sellable home for the best price. She was cautious to show us bids that were from serious buyers who would be able to complete the sale. Open house to first signing of docs to the restart of the process all over again when the buyer was unable to sell their property…she kept us calm and just came right back with another open house! She didn’t balk when I said to raise the price and we closed before the date that we absolutely had to leave. Even after we were gone, she kept in touch to see if there was anything else she could do. Our buyers were thrilled and of course, so we’re we.
