In my experience with real estate transactions, having a realtor with YOUR best interest at heart is critical. In the midst of the pandemic and the housing market boom, we were fortunate to have our agent, Jennefer, on our side. With most houses receiving multiple above asking offers, it was crucial that we have someone who was going to move quickly and be just as excited as us about purchasing our first home. The home buying experience was stressful but not nearly as stressful as it would have been if we didn't have our patient agent constantly on the phone keeping us updated every step of the way.
