We loved our experience with Dawn. With a HOT market, she suggested and toured the homes that fit our criteria, and did her best to secure contract on a home, but we were beat out, not Dawn's fault. Then a property came on market that worked for us temporarily, she was VERY prompt submitting our offer and we were successful.
