Caprice is an extraordinarily attentive and dedicated agent. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and different neighborhoods, and is intuitive and exceptionally observant. I was moving to Reno from out of the area, and even though I had a pretty good idea what neighborhood I was most interested in, she insisted on my seeing a few other areas just to make sure I was clear on what I wanted. By paying attention to how I reacted to each place we saw, she developed a very clear picture (clearer than I did!) of what was going to work best for me, and ended up finding the perfect house for me that wasn't even on the market yet. And then her patience and negotiation skills came into play when things started moving too fast for the sellers and they started getting cold feet. I knew that I had the right realtor the moment I met Janice Leese. Her professional poise in conjunction with her empathy and patience was exactly what we needed to make the move back home from Hawaii after being away for 30 years.
