Caprice is an extraordinarily attentive and dedicated agent. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and different neighborhoods, and is intuitive and exceptionally observant. I was moving to Reno from out of the area, and even though I had a pretty good idea what neighborhood I was most interested in, she insisted on my seeing a few other areas just to make sure I was clear on what I wanted. By paying attention to how I reacted to each place we saw, she developed a very clear picture (clearer than I did!) of what was going to work best for me, and ended up finding the perfect house for me that wasn't even on the market yet. And then her patience and negotiation skills came into play when things started moving too fast for the sellers and they started getting cold feet. She did an incredible job navigating a volatile emotional process and ensuring everyone came away from the deal feeling good about it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Caprice again for any Reno area real estate needs.

Caprice is an energetic and knowledgeable agent. I always ask a lot of questions, and Caprice was eager and willing to answer them all. Her ego never got in the way if she didn't know an exact answer to one of my questions, and she would quickly go find the answer and get back to me asap! This is so important when you are going through these major transactions and changes in your life! Agents shouldn't become annoyed with your never ending inquiries and questions during the process, and Caprice always handled every one with a great attitude. I knew that I had the right realtor the moment I met Janice Leese. Her professional poise in conjunction with her empathy and patience was exactly what we needed to make the move back home from Hawaii after being away for 30 years. My parents live in Sparks so we decided to look at houses in that area. After a very full three days of touring, Janice met us for brunch and we talked about options. We narrowed the return visits to three and in driving to one of the neighborhoods off of York we found our dream home. Janice had the vision to show us three different houses with the same model for comparison to the important stuff like, garages and remodeled kitchens and beautiful yards with fruit trees. Her resourcefulness in coordinating the necessary inspections and subsequent repairs helped my anxiety abate. Her comprehensive knowledge of the process and its pitfalls, prevented anything from falling through the cracks and we are happily living in our new home. Kristi is not only an incredible agent, but an incredible person. We met by pure chance when looking at one of her listings, and she put us in touch with a lender that was way more fair than the bank we were planning to go through. Kristi helped us every single step of the way, didn't get annoyed with my texts in the evening over something or other that I just couldn't wait until the next morning to ask. She seemed to really care about my husband and I, not just as a way to sell a house but as people. Kindness and patience were the foremost qualities I noticed about her, especially since my husband and I were so green. Research only yields so much until you get out and Do the things you need to do.
