Caprice was incredibly wonderful to work with, and I would not hesitate recommending her service to future buyers. Before finding my perfect home, Caprice really broke down what I was looking for, and further gave me additional information and locations to consider, which was very helpful as a buyer not familiar with the area. Even though I was originally looking for a fixer-upper, she found a home that aligned perfectly with my financial objectives, and with little construction/renovation needed. After finding “the one,” throughout the month-long process, she helped smooth out countless speedbumps/errors that I could not take care of myself, as I was extremely busy with work at the time. She made it seem as though I was her only customer with all the time in the world, even though I knew how busy she was helping other clients! I have been told many times that the home-buying process is nothing but headaches until the end, but this is not the case whatsoever with Caprice. Thank you again!!
