Janet was an amazing agent! We were visiting the Prescott area for just a few days and she made time for us, on our schedule, and met us at our requested properties! Super friendly, knowledgeable and reliable to keep us up to date on all aspects of us buying our property! She even helped us get in touch with Dianne!

Janet sold our beautiful cottage in Prescott. The selling price was done based on market analysis and she achieved the price and sold it quickly. She also met the buying agent and her customer at the property and highlighted some of the great features of our home. Her expertise, knowledge and personality helped sell our home. The whole process was professionally managed and she kept us informed almost daily. My husband and I are so happy we used Janet to sell our home!

Janet was wonderful to work with! She knows the market and as a designer she also understands the quality of a home. She came in and staged our home beautifully for the sale. We were so relieved to work with a realtor that knew how to talk about the features and benefits of our home, consequently she sold our house quickly and for exactly the price we wanted. Janet is a respected professional who make the stress of selling a home easy. We would absolutely use her again and have referred friends to her with confidence.

Janet is a five star agent. Her knowledge of the market, neighborhoods and negotiation skills, helped me secure a home during a very tough market when inventory was very low. I will use Janet again for all my real estate needs.

It was a privilege to work with Janet. Her knowledge of the area and neighborhoods we looked at were very helpful. She understood and communicated very well which properties had most value and how to price improvements. An additional huge bonus is her expertise as a contractor and designer. Being new to the area, she has been able to connect me to painters, handle ordering carpeting and even furniture. Very helpful as we would have no idea where to even start! All of her work is top notch, professional and personable. It has been a pleasure to work with her. We would without hesitation recommend her to friends and family for their future realtor needs.
