Janet went above and beyond in selling our home and later buying a new home. Janet was knowledgeable and patient with us as we needed a lot of handholding throughout the process and she was always there for us. We highly recommend her to anyone needing a professional experienced agent who keeps up with the current market. We are grateful to have had her as our agent.

She knew the market well enough to give us a good and accurate selling price. With God's help she helped to sell our house in 4 short months. Even when she had to leave town because of her mother's health, she still kept on top of the job.

How lucky we were that Terry was a neighbor and friend of our brother, who died unexpectedly. We live in the other three corners of the country and she ably handled the sale of his beautiful Florida home with skill and expert guidance. Her work, kindness and contacts went far above and beyond to get the home ready for sale. She helped secure a good price and her help was especially valuable in a complex process with many heirs.

This was a long distance sale and Terry made it easy. Communication was excellent and timely and coordination with various contractors was extremely helpful. Terry's local knowledge, from contractors, handymen, public utilities, home stagers etc. was a real asset. and Terry was very flexible and always available to answer any questions that arose. I can wholeheartedly recommend Terry for any realtor needs in the area.
