She helped us to purchase a condo in PCB Florida. We live in Atlanta and she helped to find, negotiate and get us thru closing. I am a Real Estate Broker in Georgia. I wish I had agents like her working for me here in ATL.

Coming from Louisiana, I was uncertain about some aspects of buying a condo in Florida. Britta’s knowledge and professionalism helped smooth out those uncertainties. She was with me every step of the way. Britta has a very kind and caring spirit, but she is also fierce and made sure that I got the best deal possible. I truly appreciate Britta, and I will recommend her to anyone who is in need of the BEST REALTOR EVER!!!

In 2018 a month after hurricane Michael my retired military husband and I moved to Florida from our hometown from Cincinnati, we vacationed in Panama City Beach for decades and decided to call our forever home, well to make a long story short after firing two Realtors with frustrations rising with no place to live but running a condo short-term. Seen a sign at Grand Panama and walked in, we were greeted by Britta, she showed us everything that we were looking for and our retirement condo. She had a hit from HGTV bargain Beach hunters. She showed us the property the very next day and we got it below cost thanks to her skills and knowledge. We are forever grateful for Britt a couple Ash remains our friend to this very day. If you're looking for a realtor to give you exactly what you want within your budget or possibly below she is the one you need to call. Take it from me she's the best on the beach. Thanks again Britta

Sue has lived in Panama City for many years. She is knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, motivated, and fierce when necessary. She goes the extra mile for her clients. We encountered several obstacles prior to closing on our new home. She always found a way to work through and move forward.

Sue is very flexible and on top of her duties. She helped me find and purchase my last two homes in Panama City. She is dedicated. Once she knows some of your wants, requirements in a home and desires, she does her research and does not come back empty handed. She periodically reached out to see how the move/transition was going. She also sent Christmas cards every year. I would 10/10 recommend her for any one who is purchasing a home whether it is you're a first time buyer or experienced in home purchases.

Both Janet's knowledge of our market and her professionalism were unsurpassed in our opinion. Her communication was phenomenal prior to listing and extended well after the close. We had an outstanding experience with the sale of our home and would highly recommend Janet to anyone buying or selling in our area.
