In 2018 a month after hurricane Michael my retired military husband and I moved to Florida from our hometown from Cincinnati, we vacationed in Panama City Beach for decades and decided to call our forever home, well to make a long story short after firing two Realtors with frustrations rising with no place to live but running a condo short-term. Sue is very flexible and on top of her duties. She helped me find and purchase my last two homes in Panama City. She is dedicated. Once she knows some of your wants, requirements in a home and desires, she does her research and does not come back empty handed.
