Michelle was instrumental in helping me with the sale of the lake front property in Nine Mile Falls left to our family. The hard part to start the sales process was determining a price. Her market analysis, showed that we were in a unique position, in that there was a limited number of lake front properties available. Because of her constant and diligent review of sales, practically the day before we were going to set a price, she found a new pending sale that put our home value into a better perspective. Once listed, we had lots of action and multiple offers to negotiate the pros and cons of. She was great in following up our oral talks with emails or text that insured there was no misunderstandings. Her professionalism was spot on from the first time we met until the house was closed. With me settling the estate from San Antonio, I depended upon her to give me the straight facts and answers and her best recommendations. Result: a sale at full price with an accelerated closing. Logan was helpful in selling my Dad's house. He helped with putting us together on selling a full house of things and making recommendations of how to enhance the house for sale. It was a 8 months project from start to finish. He communicated on a regular basis and helped in negotiating a fair price. Totally professional. Would highly recommend him for whatever real estate needs that are required. Good guy

Jeannette was so great to work with! From the first inquiry she was quick to communicate and stay in communication. She answered every question that we had with a vast amount of knowledge. You can tell that she is passionate about her career and she cares about her clients. She made herself available for every home that we wanted to tour, or open house that we wanted to go to. Logan did an excellent job of marketing our unique custom home and keeping us apprised of the current market and comparable homes. He negotiated well and kept us on track during the entire process, and he was available and responsive via text and email for all of our questions. We also purchased a home with Logan and got the same great support! Selling and/or buying a home is a stressful and sometimes emotional situation.
