This was the second time we worked with Jeannette. She helped us purchase and sell the home during challenging markets. She also understands the challenges of military moves. During our purchase, she accommodated us on our timeline while TDY to the area so that we had the home before moving to the area. It was our first home purchase and she was super helpful. The whole process was smooth despite us being stationed in England at the time of the closing. When selling, Jeannette continued to give great advice and helped us avoid any unnecessary stressors! The listing was very professional (pictures, video, & drone shots) and the house was under offer almost immediately! Additionally, her extensive experience helps in dealing with any buyer/seller agent interactions or hiccups. Once again, she helped us deal with a military move deadline and made the process as stressful as possible-free as is possible! Highly recommended Jeannette as a well-versed Spokane realtor…especially for Military and VA buyers/sellers!

What an experience! Being a military couple we were moving back to Spokane as I was retiring and found Jeannette through a friend. She immediately got our information and scheduled a phone call to go over some details. She was able to help us review homes according to our specifications on the website. Being out of state, she went above and beyond to schedule virtual showings of some homes. My wife then traveled to Spokane to look at homes in person and we were able to find a home. Unfortunately that home fell through and we were back to the drawing board. Jeannette didn’t quit! She once again was able to show us homes virtually and we found the perfect home!! She made sure all the details were perfect and kept constant communication with us throughout the process. Even with the 3 hour time difference, she replied to any of our questions if not immediately, but certainly the same day. We are thankful for Jeannette because she really pays attention to the details of the entire process and made sure we understood all aspects of home buying.
