Michelle Matiska

Michelle was absolutely amazing to work with! As first-time homebuyers, there was so much we didn’t know, but she was there for us every step of the way. She genuinely had our best interests at heart and wasn’t afraid to push for the things that were right for us. From the inspections to the late nights she spent working behind the scenes, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was always available to answer questions, kept us informed, and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. We could tell how much she truly cared, and that meant so much to us. We’re so grateful we had Michelle by our side while buying our first home and would recommend her to anyone!

She helped us through the process of relocating to Washington. Not an easy thing because we couldn't decide on what we wanted. She was patient and knowledgable letting us work through the process. We ended up with the perfect property and are so excited to start our new journey. I would recommend Michelle to help with any real estate needs you have. Thanks Michelle!!!!

Michelle Matiska was outstanding from start to finish in helping us sell our Liberty Lake home. Her advice on preparing the house for listing—from paint colors and staging to pricing and offer negotiations—was invaluable and helped us achieve a timely sale. What truly set Michelle apart was her willingness to go above and beyond after we had already moved to Idaho. Whether it was letting the neighbor kid into the backyard to mow the lawn or taking out our last bit of trash, she treated us like family rather than just clients. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring realtor.

Always responded promptly to our questions. Always open and respectful to our point of view. We felt confident in her expert knowledge and guidance. Michelle is an advocate to have in your corner and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

My experience with Michelle was exceptional. She went above and beyond what I would consider normal duties of your agent. She set realistic expectations and was a great guide. Our transaction was filled with hurdles, but she provided us great care and communication throughout the whole thing. The passion and compassion given by Michelle made the whole process worth it. If anyone else in the area asks for a recommendation for a realtor, I would instantly think of Michelle. Thank you for making a stressful time lighter and thank you for being so wonderful!

We are beyond grateful for Michelle. I have the privilege to work alongside her in business, but through my personal experiences of buying real estate - she is knowledgeable, patient, always goes the extra mile, represents you with class and professionalism, and someone I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Appreciate you Michelle and thank you for helping us find OUR place we are fortunate to call home.
