I help people turn their dreams into reality. It's that simple, I traded my 20 year career in marketing for my Real Estate license and couldn't be happier. I love helping people understand that buying a home is possible, that upgrading to a bigger home is absolutely do-able, and that none of it is as scary or as hard as we all think it is going to be. I have lived in Spokane almost 30 years, I know the area. I raised my kids here and genuinely love this city. I am an avid outdoor adventure seeker and love hiking, kayaking, biking and anything that involves my dogs and the sunshine. I am always looking for a new place to try some fabulous food, drink or coffee and love to answer questions and talk.

• Buying and selling real estate should be a positive experience but the process can be overwhelming. I will walk clients through the process step by step. I offer a high level of real estate knowledge and customer service. I realize that my continued success is based on delivering A+ service.

A Trusted Broker Who Made Both Buying and Selling Our Home a Wonderful Experience
We had such a wonderful experience working with Jeannette! She was actually our buyer’s broker five years ago when we purchased our home, so when it came time to relocate and sell our home, there was no question that we wanted to go back to her. Jeannette was incredibly helpful throughout the entire selling process and always took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand. She guided us through each step and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. She also gave us excellent guidance on staging our home, which helped us showcase it in the best possible way. Thanks to Jeannette’s knowledge, guidance, and hard work, we were able to sell our home fairly quickly, and the entire experience was such a positive one. It really meant a lot to us to have someone we already trusted help us through both buying and selling our home. We are so grateful for everything Jeannette did for our family and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Michelle is great!
She helped us through the process of relocating to Washington. Not an easy thing because we couldn't decide on what we wanted. She was patient and knowledgable letting us work through the process. We ended up with the perfect property and are so excited to start our new journey. I would recommend Michelle to help with any real estate needs you have. Thanks Michelle!!!!

Michelle watched out for us the whole way. Wise beyond her years!
Michelle Matiska was outstanding from start to finish in helping us sell our Liberty Lake home. Her advice on preparing the house for listing—from paint colors and staging to pricing and offer negotiations—was invaluable and helped us achieve a timely sale. What truly set Michelle apart was her willingness to go above and beyond after we had already moved to Idaho. Whether it was letting the neighbor kid into the backyard to mow the lawn or taking out our last bit of trash, she treated us like family rather than just clients. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring realtor.
