Not only was she wonderful at communicating processes for us during our first home sale, my wife and I added the difficulty of living half way across the country and she made the extra effort to ensure a comfortable process for us. My wife and I are military and she understands and works very well with our constraints and understands "PCS" season and the added stress that can have. This was the second time we worked with Jeannette. She helped us purchase and sell the home during challenging markets. She also understands the challenges of military moves. During our purchase, she accommodated us on our timeline while TDY to the area so that we had the home before moving to the area. It was our first home purchase and she was super helpful. The whole process was smooth despite us being stationed in England at the time of the closing. When selling, Jeannette continued to give great advice and helped us avoid any unnecessary stressors! The listing was very professional (pictures, video, & drone shots) and the house was under offer almost immediately! Additionally, her extensive experience helps in dealing with any buyer/seller agent interactions or hiccups. Once again, she helped us deal with a military move deadline and made the process as stressful as possible-free as is possible!
