I arrived in Spokane in 2020 and started my home search in 2021 with Jeannette. She was recommended to me by several friends with nothing, but stellar reviews. She was available to answer my questions during the weekends, evenings, and holidays. Jeannette even took time off her busy schedule to run me through the whole contract and the unknown terms of real estate. Jeannette was nothing, but a pleasure to work with. An expert of her art, patient, kind, and most importantly, educative throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured to buy a home, which during this crazy housing market seems like a common thing with other realtors. Jeannette Karis extremely exceeded our expectations of a good realtor. From our very first visit she was warm without being obsequious. She never told us what she thought we wanted to hear, but she new the facts and explained the process of selling a home thoroughly. We knew we could trust her implicitly. Jeannette is always very pleasant, positive and up-beat. She is hard working and always does her best to work within your schedule. She gives information and then advice and allows you to make your own decision. She will provide pros and cons of a situation however will follow the direction of the buyer/seller. My husband and I bought 3 homes and sold 3 homes with Jeannette and we'd use her services again should the need arise! I recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase or sell a property. (She even assisted with two 1031 transactions which few agents are willing or capable of doing!)
