They were familiar with the Myrtle Beach area and had real knowledge of not only general real estate, but the local market as well. They were extremely patient and responsive to our questions which made it a great pleasure throughout. Jerry and Lisa made this process as seamless as possible. We moved out of state and they made themselves available for us anytime we asked. The Market was crazy and through their knowledge of the area, navigating and guiding us made the experience very pleasant. My son also bought a property and that market on existing homes required us to be very flexible and complete home visits virtually! Jerry was very accommodating and did an excellent view of the homes until we found the right one. Thank you Jerry and Lisa for this great experience, we couldn't be happier to be in our new home in Myrtle Beach :)
