Carol and Bill used their many relationships and contacts in the community to help me with donating furniture and unwanted household items as well as offering to have the house cleaned once everything was cleared out. They went above and beyond in the service they provided and made what could have been a very stressful time, very manageable and calm. I can't recommend them highly enough. We were coming from New Jersey and had limited time to look at houses. Rob was prepared with many homes for us to see that were in our budget and on our wish list. As we would drive from house to house he also acted as our tour guide with information about the area. In the end, he brought us to a development with new construction that was priced for our budget. When I had to fly down to decide which model we were getting, Rob was very professional and accommodating by picking me up from the airport and provided the transportation I needed. He made himself available to my husband and I without being too pushy. We are glad we called Rob!

Carol and Bill were extremely helpful helping us sell our parents house in the Indigo Creek community. They have great knowledge of the market In the Murrells Inlet area. Carol and Bill spent 3 hours with us the first day sharing a wealth of information about the best way to list the house. They Instructed us for what needed to be done to prepare the house to be photographed (declutter, create open space and clear away Knick knacks). The day the house listed, we had an offer. Carol was always prompt to respond to questions and give updates( even from her cruise on vacation) We were able to sign a contract after Carol helped us negotiate and received our asking price.
