We live out of state and were interested in purchasing our first investment property in Myrtle Beach. Tanya went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. All of our showings were virtual, but we never felt like we were missing out on anything by not being there in person. She FaceTimed us for each showing, as well as provided us with videos and pictures to help us get a true feel of the property.
